Sharron has worked within Health & Social Care for over 20 years and has progressed through many roles within her career by continuously striving to ensure an outstanding quality of care is provided.

As Quality & Compliance Lead, Sharron manages and oversees the daily tasks of our Team Leaders and ensures the compliance of the service in line with regulatory obligations and internal policy. Sharron's role enables continuous oversight of the service, providing a pathway to shape new ways of working to continuously improve the service.
