Her dedication and drive led to a promotion to Team Leader, and she has since progressed into her current role as Care Coordinator—a reflection of her continued growth and professionalism.

In her role as Care Coordinator, Maicey-Anne is responsible for scheduling and managing the working patterns of our Care Team, overseeing the coordination of daily routines within her locality. She ensures seamless communication between care staff, clients, professionals, and stakeholders to maintain smooth and efficient service delivery.
