Rafiq began his career in Health & Social Care as a Community Care Worker and has since progressed through several roles since joining Serve Homecare in 2020. With exceptional people and management skills, Rafiq utilizes these strengths to ensure the best possible care is provided to every client.

As Care Manager, Rafiq oversees the daily running of our care services, directly managing our Team Leaders and ensuring that the service remains compliant with regulatory obligations and internal policies. His role involves continuous oversight, shaping new ways of working to help improve and evolve the service we provide.

Rafiq takes great pride in offering honest advice and support to all team members, managing the expectations of both customers and the team, ensuring that everyone is aligned and receiving the care they deserve.
